Plans renew every month until you cancel. When you cancel you keep the plan until the end of the month you've paid for; cosmetics you bought stay yours. A free trial is for your first plan only. When it ends, your card is charged the monthly price unless you've cancelled before then. Switching plans during a trial ends the trial. See the Terms of Service.

No. Plans and purchases are cosmetic. Every feature of OmniClient, from performance to the HUD, is free for everyone, and nothing here changes how the game plays.
You keep your plan until the end of the month you've paid for. After that its badge, exclusives and the cosmetics it let you wear come off, but anything you bought stays yours.
